Place like a gaiter before or after work.

For hot use: heat the insulated gait Stassek Equithrm by placing it in a microwave oven for 1 minute, power 600 W. Then knead the frost contained in the gait to distribute the heat. Return to heat if necessary.

For cold use: Place the insulated gait Stassek Equithrm in a refrigerator for a few hours

Easy maintenance with a sponge or water jet

Do not put in boiling water or in the freezer. If the temperatures are too hot or too cold, this can alter plastics.

Do not use the gait if it is pierced.
