Soak for 2 to 4 hours before first use or after long periods of dry storage.
Residues may appear on the surface of the wrap, but they are not harmful and can enhance the cooling effect.
Soak in cold water for at least 1 hour before use (away from direct sunlight).
Add ice to the water if possible; the colder the water, the better the effect.
Can be placed damp in the refrigerator but never place the wraps in the freezer.
Tighten the Velcro straps firmly, starting from the top, readjust once in position.
The best therapeutic effect is achieved after several sessions of 20 to 30 minutes.
