Small tips OHLALA for maintaining your rugs:

Machine washing:

• Before putting your rug in the machine, use a soft brush, a stopper, or ideally a Magic Brush.
• If your rug has beads, patches, or fragile details, turn it over and slip it into a washing bag to protect it.
• Use natural detergent 🧴 (but no fabric softener so that our horses don't have an allergic reaction!)
• You can also add washing balls LeMieux which will help remove even more hair.
• Set the cycle to a maximum of 30 degrees.
• Do not put your rug in the dryer; let it air dry.

Hand washing:

• If you prefer, you can also wash your rugs by hand! A soft brush, Marseille soap, a little patience and energy in your arms, and you'll achieve equally satisfactory results.
