Shake well before use.

- Before exercise: rub sensitive areas (sore muscles, overworked joints) with the liniment 15 to 30 minutes before work.
- After exercise: apply the liniment to the limbs then put under rest bandages, or soak the cotton pads with the diluted liniment (3 caps in 10 L of water) before putting under bandages overnight.


Do not rinse in the morning and repeat the application for 3 consecutive nights.

Do not rub when installing rest strips.
