Hit-Air cartridges are announced as a precaution with a lifespan of 5 years, if tempted that they are not exposed prolonged to heat and that they are kept away from humidity.

• 50 CC cartridges weigh 156g gross and contain 38g of CO²
• 60 cc cartridges weigh 186g gross and contain 42g of CO².
• As a precaution we advise you to weigh your cartridges annually.
• Due to shipping constraints, air cartridges cannot be sent to export

• Child vest: 50cc cartridge
• Light vest:
• Size XS, S and M: 50cc
• Size M/L, L and XL: 60cc
• Complete vest:
• Size XS and S: 50cc
• Size M and L: 60cc
• Old model vest
• Size S: 48cc

To re-arm your airbag vest:
• Unscrew the hit gas cartridge
• Completely empty the air contained inside the airbag. To do this, place the vest on a flat surface and exert pressure on each of the cushions in order to evacuate the CO2 to enter the airbag cushions and close the pressure pimples or velcros strips according to your model.
• Insert the screw (supplied with your equipment) into the hole under the box and start screw by hand then continue using the Allen key (also supplied) until the receptacle is sufficiently descended to accommodate the ball
• Position the key ball inside the receptacle. The ring should be completely tucked and flat.
• Lower the red ring (if your vest has one) or hold the ball with your fingers while loosening and removing the screw thanks to the Allen key. Then go up the red ring in the high position so as not to hinder the expulsion of the key ball in the event of trigger.
• Screw a new cartridge, ensuring that the seamless one is intact (not holes)
