Vegetable oil

It is rich in omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9. The very attractive rate of vitamin E it contains (around 30 milligrams per 100 grams of oil) also makes it very beneficial for the skin. Antioxidant, this vitamin fights the proliferation of free radicals and prevents skin aging. It nourishes the skin in depth and helps it regulate itself.
