Shipping policy
Except in cases of force majeure or during the periods of closure of the online store which will be clearly announced on the homepage of the site, the shipping times will, within the limits of available stocks, be those indicated below. The shipping times start from the date of order registration indicated in the order confirmation email.
For deliveries, the shipping time is from 1 to 30 working days depending on stock from the day following the day when the buyer placed their order, according to the following terms: Colissimo. At the latest, the time frame will be 30 working days after the conclusion of the contract. An additional shipping time may be granted if the item is customizable.
In the event of non-compliance with the agreed delivery date or time frame, the buyer must, before terminating the contract, request the seller to perform it within a reasonable additional time frame.
In the absence of execution upon the expiration of this new time frame, the buyer may freely terminate the contract.
The buyer must carry out these successive formalities by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The contract will be considered resolved upon receipt by the seller of the letter or document informing them of this resolution, unless the professional has executed in the meantime.
However, the buyer may immediately resolve the contract if the dates or time frames mentioned above constitute an essential condition of the contract for them.
In this case, when the contract is resolved, the seller is obliged to refund the buyer the total amount paid, no later than 14 days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. The buyer will then have the choice to request either a refund of the amounts paid within 14 days at the latest from their payment, or a credit note for the amount of the product.
