You will receive a message from the carrier as soon as your order is taken care of by their service 💌 You will then be able to track in real time its delivery to you 😍
Your item doesn't fit? 😢
Don't panic! For this end of the year, we have exceptionally extended the return period 🔥
If your item does not suit you, no worries, you have until January 9, 2024 to return your item for free from France or Belgium 😉
Please note, this must be in impeccable condition, must not have been worn, nor washed ✅
For logistical reasons, we will not be able to offer exchanges but we will proceed with a credit or refund upon receipt 😊
If you happen to reorder your item outside of Black Friday, the discounts will no longer apply ✨
Then you just have to pack your parcel, stick your label on this parcel and then drop it off at a Colissimo pickup point or post office , very close to you 📦
