Polo bands are super pretty :
there are all kinds of colors, from all brands and at all prices ... 😻
But beyond matching perfectly with our mats, our hats ... Even see our Lucky Charms for the most perfectionists, a polo band, what's that ? 🧐
They are simply protectors that we can choose to apply to our horse during work 💕 Made of fleece, slightly elastic, they wrap around the horse's cannon to support the tendons but also protect the lower part of the limbs :
" Aaaaah, of accoooord ! " 🙈
We mainly find them in dressing where lateral work can lead to possible small bumps between limbs when our pony plays at crossing legs (and forgets that he has four feet right in the middle of the most beautiful shoulder-in of your arena!) 🤷🏼♀️
To put it simply, they are beautiful, they are useful ... But they require patience 🧡
💛 We roll them!
💛 We put them on Little Thunder ...
💛 We realize that we rolled them inside out 🙇🏼♀️
💛 We grumble a bit 🙄
💛 We remove them from the limb ...
💛 We roll them again checking twenty times that this time the Velcro is the right way (!!!)
💛 We put them on again crossing our fingers 🤞🏼 ... And this time it's the right one: SAVED ! 👑
... Just need to capture the moment by snapping our equid with A THOUSAND PHOTOS that will all land on our InstaPoney for an buzz instant (3 likes guaranteed !)
Be careful not to confuse them with the work bands or the rest bands that we will talk about very, very, very soon :)
